DOMESTIC ORDERS

USPS Priority Mail 1-5 business days (Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00)

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to email address provided along with the item(s) purchase. All ordered are processed 2-5 within business days before shipping. Shipping May take up to 2-10 business days.

Note: Shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time we take to prepare your order. Processing time excludes Saturday and Sunday..

SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY BE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you MUST take this up with the United States Postal Service. K Luxè Kollection does not hold responsibility for package(s) that state have been delivered or list as untraceable.
